Sometimes we just don't understand
The reason things occur.
We only know our heart just aches
For things as they once were.
But time will dry your falling tears,
You'll see a brighter day.
God our Heavenly Father
Will help you find your way.
God needed another angel
To play in His Heavenly band,
So He reached down from up above
And took them by the hand.
As they entered the gates to Heaven,
Loved ones were waiting there,
Welcoming them to their new home
With joy beyond compare.
Keep precious, loving memories
Tucked deep inside your heart,
Until that day you join them
Where you'll never, ever part.
