On The Other Side Of The Door

My Saviour waits for me,
On the other side of the door.
No heartache pain or grief,
Just joy forevermore.

My Saviour waits for me,
On the other side of the door.
To take me home to Heaven,
There, to live forevermore.

God gave His only Son,
To die on Calvary's tree.
With love He took my place,
From sins He set me free.

Now I must live for Him,
Tell others of His love.
And, someday soon I'll join Him,
In that mansion up above.

He said "I am the way,
And If you follow Me.
I have a place prepared,
Where joys will never cease."

                                                     In suffering and shame,
He proved His love for me.
I'll belong to Jesus now,
And through eternity.

On the other side of the door,
On the other side of the door.
My Saviour awaits,
To open the gates, on,
The other side of the door.
