Bright And New

When I awoke this morning

Out my window was a beautiful sight.

The grass and trees were covered

With a coat of glistening white.

Everything seemed bright and new,

It reminded me of the wonderful day

When I gave my life to Jesus

And my sins were washed away.

I know one day He will be waiting

At Heaven's gates to welcome me.

I will dwell with Him forever

In the mansion He made for me.
