Thoughts On My Birthday
As I've reached another birthday
I find that as I age,
My life is ever changing
As I turn each precious page.
My steps became much slower.
I don't rush to get things done.
I take time to smell the roses
Or enjoy a setting sun.
God has blessed me with so much.
A better life there could not be.
And, I've a mansion that is waiting
When Heaven's gates one day I see.
